- Abner: Tentative leader, Almost blind, but carries map. Wears large, thick glasses on.
- Simon: Bone tired, doesn’t want do go anywhere or do anything. Jealous of Abner as leader.
- Baldor: The eldest; moves very slowly. A grouch. A gravelly voice. Treats the others like kids.
Set Design:
There is no set needed. Or make a simple background of a road to Bethlehem. This can be a stand alone piece, a part of a Christmas pageant or a banquet.
